Yes, we do, our pickup and delivery rates differ depending on your location. For Yaba, Ikeja and Island, delivery rates are N500, N1000 and N1,500 respectively. Subscribers need not worry about this cost as it is already included and discounted in your monthly subscription.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific time to expect pickup but our customer success team can give you a timeframe on pickup dates, just send us a text via WhatsApp. In situations where you might not be available for pickup, our customers leave their laundry with siblings, house aids or security guards.
We advise using the “wash now” button to order your first wash, and in a few seconds, your first wash would be scheduled.
Alternatively, you can save our number or send a DM on Twitter or Instagram saying “Hi”.
Our service is within 48 hours excluding Sundays, except for ironing/dry cleaning and special stains which may take up to 72 hours.
For subscribers, our customers’ success team sends out reminders a day before and on your scheduled pickup date for order confirmation. While regular wash customers, send a text on our WhatsApp number or any of our other contact channels.
Subscription customers are auto-charged monthly depending on the chosen plan and regular wash customers receive their invoice alongside their order descriptions at every wash.
Subscription customers pay using our payment link shared, before or after the first time order is picked up, after which payment is automated to monthly. Regular wash customers make payment after wash order descriptions have been shared with them post pickup. And an invoice and payment link is sent accordingly.
Order descriptions are shared before delivery so one can check to be sure all your items are complete. However, this is only efficient if one takes stock of clothes sent in to launder. We encourage customers to take stock of what they send to us so they can cross-check with the order descriptions provided.
In the rear case where your clothes go missing or damaged, we have a 100% refund policy in place where one is refunded the full value of the item(s) with a maximum value of 50,000 per order.
Yes you can, please count a bedsheet as 5 items and a towel as 3 items while doing so.
If you have more than 30 or 60 items at the end of the month as a subscriber, the extra items would be calculated and an invoice would be sent to cover the extra cost or we deduct the extra item on your next wash, depending on your preference.
The difference is ironing. The Jara plan is a wash-dry-fold plan of 60 items monthly, while the Jagaban plan allows you to iron up to 30 items out of 60 items, monthly.
Yes you can, but note you would be charged N200 per item instead of N150 charges on our wash and iron plans.
